Your Free Quote
Contact us for your free quote for your date and venue. This will give full details of the fee for your celebrant, costs for mileage and an indication of any legal fees you may need to bear in mind. Our fee includes a charitable donation. You do not have to pay a subscription to join a Humanist society.
Normally there is a £100 deposit to make a booking, then one or two payments before your ceremony date to pay the balance.
And if that doesn't suit you, just ask and we can discuss more flexible ways to pay.

What Happens When?
A Pencilled in Booking/Save the Date ~ we can hold a date for up to two weeks while you arrange the deposit required to make a booking.
Contact your celebrant if you need any longer to sort things out. Your booking is confirmed once you have paid a £100 non-refundable deposit.
We aim to have a meeting to confirm all the details for your ceremony (Approx 1.5hrs) this is usually around six months before the big day, but can be closer to the date if circumstances require. At this meeting we find out about you and your partner and gplan what you want your ceremony.
As soon as we can after this meeting we email you a copy of the first draft of your wedding ceremony.
Ask your celebrant for guidance on how long this will take them, it could be anywhere between one and four weeks depending on their workload. They will be sure to let you know if they have a particularly busy diary.
After this we will be happy to make any changes or alterations you need leading up to the day of the ceremony.
On the day we will arrive early to make sure everything is in good order before we start.
